Aluminum casting rolling mill in rolling form is divided into: continuous casting (such as two typical casting roller mill) and continuous casting and rolling (typical example hazret). According to the relative position of two rolls, the two roll casting mill in continuous casting and rolling mill can also be divided into three types: horizontal, inclined and vertical. The twin roll continuous casting mill designed by our company is mainly horizontal and inclined.

The so-called continuous casting rolling of aluminum belt refers to the special processing equipment which combines the two processes of the casting and hot rolling of aluminum. During the rolling process, the casting roller will take away a lot of heat from the molten aluminum, so that the casting and crystallization process can be completed in a short time, and the pressure of the formed casting structure is also processed. Through the intermediate unit's pinch roll, hydraulic shear, eccentric guide roller and guide plate device, the casting and rolling plate is rolled into coil and finally transported by the unloading car to the coil storage rack.

The main differences between the horizontal and the tilted double roll caster are:

1. the connecting line of the center line of the roll is different from the angle of the ground. The horizontal connection is perpendicular to the ground, the inclined line is not perpendicular to the ground, and it is generally 15 degrees.

2., when the roll changing operation is different, the tilting caster needs to turn the paw to the vertical position of the ground to change the roll when changing the roll, while the horizontal casting mill can change the roll directly.

The 3. configuration is different, the inclined type needs the main drive removal mechanism, the archway rotation mechanism, and so on.

Different from the horizontal, inclined to the remarkable characteristics of melt (i.e. liquid aluminum) by entering the two level and under the direction of upward, so that the injection of roll gap melt is strictly controlled in the static pressure is certain, by feeding mouth to rotate with uniform and continuous roll gap in melt supply. Compared with the horizontal casting rolling mill, the aluminum plate slab produced by this way has high compactness and low hydrogen content, and the slab has better quality than the horizontal one when producing double zero foil. So this is the main model of the current market.

常见的四辊热轧机分:单机架双卷取、1+N(N=15)等,它在铝板带生产中起着非常重要的作用,由于热轧时金属塑性高,变形抗力低,故能显著降低能耗,采用大铸锭大压下量轧制,可实现连续化自动化,而且,可将铸造状态的粗大晶粒压碎,显微裂纹愈合,将铸态组织变为变形组织,提高了材料性能。热轧产品通常分热轧厚板和热轧卷。我公司为山东客户设计制造了一条2400mm单机架双卷取铝板带热轧机组,其主要参数和特点如下:

主传动采用直流电机驱动,轧辊轴承采用油气润滑系统,卷轴采用二级液压涨缩式,重剪和轻剪采用液压驱动,垛板装置采用真空吸盘式;

机组控制系统采用西门子系列;

配置有凸度仪和厚度AGC控制系统;

装备了二级控制系统,具有自学习功能,可根据实际采集的参数(温度、尺寸、时间、规格等),通过计算机产生优化的轧制规程。
